I. Overview

EazyMATH Board (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an educational mathematics application designed to support step-by-step practice. We prioritize user privacy and are committed to transparency about how the App works. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected within the App. By using the App, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

II. Data Collection

The App does not require or intentionally collect directly identifying personal information from users.

Some non-personal and device-related data may be automatically collected by third-party services used in the App for advertising purposes (see Section VIII).

Depending on how you use the App, the following information may be processed:

• Mathematics problems and steps. When you use the App and submit a mathematical problem or solution step for validation, the mathematical text you enter is transmitted to our backend server so that the App can validate the calculation. This may include the mathematical problem you enter, the solution steps you enter, and the language selected by the App. The mathematics content is used to provide the requested validation service.

• AI hint requests. When you request an AI hint, the relevant mathematical problem and solution steps may be transmitted through our backend to an artificial intelligence service providers, Google Gemini or Groq, used to generate the requested explanation. AI-generated hints are used solely to provide the requested mathematical assistance. Please do not enter names, contact information, passwords, financial information, health information, or other unnecessary personal information into mathematical problems and solution steps.

• Anonymous installation identifier. The App generates an anonymous installation identifier for the installation of the App. This identifier is used to associate the App installation with the App’s server-side wallet and rewarded-ad reward process. The identifier is not intended to directly identify you by name or contact information.

• Wallet information. For features that use coins, the App uses a server-issued security token associated with the anonymous installation identifier. The token is used to maintain the App’s coin balance, authorize coin-related requests, prevent unauthorized manipulation of the coin balance, process AI hint costs, and process rewarded-ad rewards. The App does not require a user account for this functionality.

III. Data Sharing

The App does not intentionally share directly identifying personal information with third parties.

Mathematical content submitted for AI hints may be transmitted through our backend to an artificial intelligence service providers, Google Gemini or Groq, for the purpose of generating the requested mathematical explanation.

The App also uses third-party advertising services that may automatically collect certain information as described in Section VIII.

IV. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through the App. These measures include, where applicable, HTTPS/TLS encrypted communication between the App and our backend.

Any data collected by third-party services is handled according to their respective privacy policies.

Mathematical requests are processed to provide the requested service and are not maintained as a personal user account or permanent mathematics history by the App. Anonymous installation and wallet information may be retained as necessary to provide the App’s coin and rewarded-ad functionality. Third-party services may retain information according to their own privacy policies.

VI. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for educational purposes and may be used by persons of various ages. The App itself does not knowingly collect directly personal information from children.

However, third-party advertising services may collect limited device information to provide advertisements.

VII. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If there are changes to how the App operates in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

VIII. Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a mobile advertising service by Google.

AdMob may automatically collect certain information to provide and improve advertisements, such as:

• device information,
• advertising identifiers,
• general location that may be estimated from the device’s IP address,
• interaction with advertisements.

This information may be used to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads depending on the user’s settings and applicable regulations.

If you choose to watch a rewarded advertisement, the advertising service may process information about the advertisement and your interaction with it to provide and verify the reward.

Users can limit personalized advertising through their device settings.
